What is print-on-demand?

Print-on-demand is a process where products are created only after an order is placed. This means each item is custom-made, so we don’t hold inventory or have pre-made products on hand.

Can I customize my order?

Yes, you can! We offer color customization options for some of  our products. Please check the product description for available colors.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We offer two shipping methods:
-Economy: Only for United States. Local Delivery between 4-8 Business Days (Does not allow international Shipping)
-Standard: For US / International ShippingLocal Delivery: 2-5 Business Days / International: 10-30 Business days.

What if I ordered the wrong size/color?

Since each product is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or colors. Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through our carrier's website.

What should I do if my product is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 natural days of delivery. Send an email to  “info@costavistawear.com” please include a clear picture of the issue and Order number.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t yet entered the production phase. Once production begins, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
